This day has been so stressed. Or at least it became so starting from I don’t know, now? As you know, I’m going to a wedding this weekend, and straight after that I’m heading to our pretty neighbours in Finland. It’s all gonna be so epic, and I truly hope I got everything together now. You know, what to pack, what not to pack, made sure to have ALL the tickets printed AND DAMN IT I FORGOT TO PRINT THE AIRLINE TICKETS. I’ll make sure to do that tomorrow… Oh. As you hear.

Chaos.

But all in all. I love this life. On the run. All the time. Can’t wait to get back to it.

I’m gonna tell you guys. This week, it’s gonna be quite the week. It’s tuesday today, and I’ve been both helping out at work AND started preparing for Finland. It’s quite the hassle you know, since I’m off to a wedding on Friday, meaning I’ll literally be going from the wedding to Stockholm and Finland. Our plane leaves at 6 in the morning, so it’s gonna be QUITE a long day. Oh Lord Almighty.

Gladly, Amaranthe and Michelle has kept me good company today whilst I’ve been freaking out about both one and two things, But for now, I’m just enjoying the sweet tones of Amaranthe and smelling my sweet, sweet exchanged Euros.

Girls go chopping alright. Or was it shopping? Not sure anymore…

Today is a national holiday in Sweden, called Midsommar. Remember the floral thing in the beginning of Elsas coronation in Frozen? That’s a midsommarstång. OH. This reminds me, I was to write about it on the Frozenpage… Ok, nevermind.

I don’t really celebrate Midsommar. I guess we have some sort of dinner, but it’s no more than that. Of course, what WOULD be epic would be if I managed to gather all my metal and Lordipeople together – but summer is a difficult time. You know, festivals, festivals and MORE festivals. And I don’t complain to be honest! But yes, make things tricky.

So, while having festivals in mind I sat down to fix my precious Lordibag. I’ve had this bag for eight years now, and the time has taken its toll on it. It’s started to crack in numerous of places, and by all means! This thing has gone through all kinds of festivals, all kinds of travels ALL OVER EUROPE, gone to SOO many concerts, been pulled and torn and gone through airportsecurity checks and ON TOP OF THAT, it has been my most loyal school-bag ever since I was 15, carried everything from papers to HEAVY HEAVY books. And of course, I’ve used in my every day life carrying everything from wallets to heavy groceries.

With other words. It’s been used a lot, so it being torn here and there, are no biggie. It’s rather remarkable that it’s not in shreds.

It has cracked like this in three out of four places, and it also has a few holes in the middle of the bag. But fear not!

As I said, no celebration, so I spent the day out in the lovely weather (while it was still lovely) repairing my old friend. It’s as good as new!

And with that, baggy-baggy and I are ready for our next adventures. That so happens to be something Lordi related. In Finland. So the first thing it will go through, are airportsecurities and trainrides. No rest!

Well well well. For some reason, my header decided to disappear and has been gone for a while. But fear not! A new header has seen it’s light. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it this way, but this’ll be a start regardless.

Might explain everything on it. I do think the CD’s – Olly Murs “Right Place, Right Time”, Alice Coopers “Along Came a Spider” and Lordis “Deadache” explain themselves pretty good. Great albums, with great bands. Lordi is, as you guys know, my absolute favorite band. Alice Cooper on the other hand, is my housegod. Olly Murs is here to represent the “other side” of my musiclibrary – the not so heavy one. While Lady Gaga is my queen, I wanted to bring forward the guy whose music has helped me through some hard times and still speaks loads to me.

My fanpass for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013. Being a part of Eurovisions back in your own country is extra special, I’m telling you. It’s all great going to other countried to see this fantastic thing, but to be here, at home… Oh yeah baby.

Backstagepass from the Lordi show in Paris 2010. One of the best trips ever – Many gathered Lordifans from all across Europe, surprise meeting with the band, and most importantly. That’s the gig where I would finally, after all those years, hear “My Heaven Is Your Hell” live. I never thought I’d hear that song live, EVER. We also got “Hate At First Sight”, which makes the whole setlist QUITE a killer. Perfect gig, in other words.

Steel Panther concertticket along side the setlist I got from the show. The ticket is from the Stockholm show, setlist from the Gothenburg show. Signed and everything! Steel Panther is my 2nd largest favorite band, right after Lordi, hence why I had to give them a spot. The night in Gothenburg are unforgettable for so many reasons, everyone who was there knows all about it.

So well, that’s the story of my header everyone. Now I need to go pick up some concerttickets. And that fast.

WOHOO! After seven days of waiting, “Constrictor” finally arrived. Sadly, “Sultans of Sin” didn’t come with it, and I do wonder when the hell they’ll ship it, but in the mean time I’m just happy and happy and happier because I got “Constrictor”!! It’s been going warm all day. Alice Cooper in my heart, just saying.

Apart from this, it’s been a slow day. Until Michelle and I strutted our stuff on WebCam toy.

I feel so attractive.

Once in a while I like to spice things up. Once in a while, I also need help with taking pictures of clothes I want to sell. The best and most ultimate way to get these things done, is to set up a playdate with a good old friend. So that’s what happened.

After I got “All You Can Eat” and realized it came with a DVD, Michelle and I set up a Steel Panther datenight going through both that DVD as well as the “British Invasion” DVD.  We started the whole day walking around in Arvika before the hitting the store to get some sweets and crisps for the evening and headed home and prepared dinner. While eating dinner we watched a few episodes of Regular Show, a show I hope everyone has seen. Mordecai is my soulmate, in a way.

We kinda came to the conclusion that I am Mordecai, Michelle is Rigby. Martine is Muscle Man, Paula is the High-Five Ghost. (Don’t ask who we gave Pops, Skips, Margaret and Benson to). It’s like us. Cartoony. Also, why Regular Show goes so well with this is because Mordecai happen to have a Steel Panther poster in his room. Incredible.

Anyway. We moved on later on to open up the candy, the crisps, the dip and the soda, putting in All You Can Eat and cranking that shit loudly.

See, I love doing these small things. You know, watching a random music DVD together with your friends, talking about, talking about everything. We did something similar when the new Lordi album came out, and it’s just precious moments.

This has been a great night. A great night with loads of “fucking fucking hell vagina pussy fuking aaaah” and a LOT of talking about everything between hell and heaven. And of course – the damned pics got taken too.
