Ever since Unleashed (The Sims) were released back in the days, I have, and many others, always been wanting horses. Guess how HAPPY and surprised we were, when we saw the trailer and realized, horses are in? It made my day, and this have, after Late Night become the expansion I’ve been looking most forward to. And today I finally got it, even though it’s been released for a few weeks/days.

As I write this I’m still installing it, so I’m just going on with my expectations here. So yes, horses. In previous expansionpacks bigger animals (cats & dogs) have been a part of the family, meaning if you are a family of eight persons, you won’t be able to have those. I hope the case ain’t the same with horses, since I was planning trying it out with the Cullens, and as you know, they are already eight persons (oh my dear Rosalie…). I’m not in need right now to try out dogs and cats, as a matter of fact, I’m kinda… tired of them, haha!

I’m also glad to see iguanas, turtles and birds, and if I can believe the pictures, even hamsters/guinea pigs are back in the game, and I really missed them from Livin’ It Up / Unleashed! Adding snakes was also a real good move. So if horses aren’t availible for Cullens, I’ll still try out the rest!

Good thing is I have a new sim, whose name probably is Rose Hale or similar, who works as a ghostbuster currently, could always be the one to try it out. Or if I make a new one. Or maybe just kill Jasper or Edward (the two persons in my family who fills no other function than being in the way). No okay, let’s not be that harsh haha.

But yes. I’m overexcited now. But I’m not gonna play it right now.. I’ll do it when I’m back from the stable, where I ride real horses, hahaha!

I had alot good old memories planned for this occasion, but I moved them all asied to praise the holy Chemistrytables return, and give you a good old memory from the days I was obsessed with it.

This does contain spoilers, just so you are aware!

Or this did actually happen before I got obsessed with it. My sim had been doing it for quite a while, and after a while he did eventually get another color than blue, and he got purple. Oooh, interesting. So I made him drink it. And what happened?

He turned into a zombie. I was like WAIT WHAT THE FUCK. He turned into a fucking zombie, and started wandering around like a maniac breaking stuff. I was furious and sat there crying, what the hell had I done to my sim? And once again I found myself crying, mainly because I thought this would last forever, which it luckily didn’t.

Other furios moments I’ve had with the chemistrylab is when I have gotten the lightgreen, which lowers their needbars to 0, and generally it’s a dead end and the Sims dies. I have been able to save them, but it’s hard.

Having this in my backpack, it will be more than interesting to see what the chemistry table in Generations has to offer. I’ll keep you updated.

Oh yeah. I had my nameday yesterday, and just because I’m a spoiled brat, I get presents. I got a hairdryer, and The Sims 3 Generations!

But I discovered something kind of amazing when I looked at the back off it. In general, this game won’t fully work with The Cullens, so I guess I’ll use Nikki Knife to experience it to the fullest, but some parts will work! And the part I’m really looking forward to, is this one…

The chemistryset is back!! You rememver it from The Sims(1)? You got it in the expansionpack Livin’ It Up, and in all honesty, and I really mean it, the chemistryset/table is actually one of the thing I have missed the most throughout The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. I remember I used to be addicted to it, buying multiple of them just to try… Oh wait. That’s like, a The Sims Memory of it’s own! I’ll take it down in it’s own entry.

Either way, I’m so glad it’s back that I’ll put Edward on it right now. No, considering I know what this table has been doing in the past, there is no way in hell I’ll put my most precious Rosalie on it… And I don’t think she has time either.. or wait… this has to be supervised carefully… Eh what the heck, lets put the ENTIRE Cullen family on each table and see what happens. But I’ll let Edward and Jasper drink it, because I simply don’t care if they die…  alright, enough said! Now it’s time for me to go out for a little while so my computer can rest and then – GENERATIONS TIME!!!

Okay, I’ll put out my very first The Sims memory today. I’m gonna start a bit rough, and tell you about my very first memory which is a pretty horrible one.

It was when I had first gotten The Sims from my mother, it was The Sims and the expansionpack Livin’ It Up. It was my first own family, and I made it a bit cheeky making it a “double” family, with other words, eight sims, two females, two males and four kids. I named them Andersson-Svensson, so as you figure, it was like two families in one.

As you also may understand, as being my very first family, I didn’t know much. For instance, I didn’t know you could click the bus and the workcar to get them to go to work, and I didn’t know you could cancel their actions. I didn’t know you could turn off “Free Will” as well, so yeah. They moved doing everything I did NOT want them to and I got infuriated every day. Then we have The Day.

They were all feeling very ill, except from two who felt… I guess Okay, because they went to work and school. It was the mother and daughter of the Svensson family I recall. I was sitting on my chair BEGGING them to go to work and school. Which they didn’t, except from the ones I said did.

Well. This isn’t so bad is it? Well. Just wait. For some odd fucking reason, the father of the Andersson family decided to make breakfast. I wanna note out to you all, that he had no cooking skills what so ever. And I figured what would happen. Of course. A fire broke out. And I didn’t know how to call the firemen.

I sat there, watching them die, one by one. My first family, the family I cherished so high. One by one they fell, one by one the reaper came and took them. I had at that point never ever cried so badly. The fire eventually died out by itself, and the only survivors was the mother and the daughter whom had gone to work/school.

After that, I moved them to a new house and it was the very same moment I decided I should learn EVERY SINGLE THING about this game to ever prevent this to happen again.

Fun trivia about this, is that my first family in The Sims 3, the Cullens, Rosalie actually was really close to burn down the entire house there too, because she figured she would start cooking and Esme and Carlisle were the only ones not at home. But gladly, I did know how to call a firemen. So they are alive. Obviously.

That was the first name of the first magazine I ever made. It was a mailmagazine, sent out once a month about The Sims. 30 people following it. This was way before even The Sims 2 came out, I think I started this close after The Sims Superstar was given out, considering the name comes from the gossipmagazine in The Sims Superstar. It was a fun magazine. I wrote about the games, the upcoming games, articles about The Sims in general and also trivial facts as what “On Holiday” was called in English and “Hot Date” was called in French.

I stopped that magazine after a while, I think it’s because I started to ride and just didn’t have time enough for it anymore. My passion for The Sims never died though. I still p0lay it regulary, and I think I even started The Sims on my old computer but sitting down here playing The Sims 3.

I don’t like it, The Sims 3. It’s so messy. It’s fine it is, but… it’s just messy. I prefer The Sims more than anything, and The Sims Vacations is my favourite amongst them, but I also love the glourious life you get to live in Superstar. Usually I just move my sims to magictown, make them supermodels and take them on vacations. All the time. I love the magic part you know. Hot Date I care a lot for too. I loved those moments you were standing in the jewellery store and asked what the sim you just hooked up with works with. And oh my god.. the restaurants! I remember, right next to the jewellary store, it was some cheesy restaurant that looked like McDonalds, so I always preferred to go to the movie-restaurant, which looked more highclass (not saying it was, it just looked that way)

Then came The Sims 2, and it’s okay. It took a while to get used to it, but it was fun. My favourite amongst them isn’t Bon Voyage. You might think, considering I like Vacations the best amongst the first era, but no. Nightlife is my favourite amongst the second one. And will NEVER forget the moment the robot my sim built in Open For Business, that killed her, and I get a little note from the reaper saying something like this: “The reaper… what to say about him… Well, he likes to go riding in the sunset on the beach on his white horse, he likes to read and romantic dinners.” I somehow couldn’t be sad over the loss of my sim when I read that… holy shit. Amazing stuff. Caliente was my first family I played on, and Torrance Shipman (based on Bring It On movies) was the first one I made… Wow.

Then we have The Sims 3. My first family was some chick called Rebecka, and I don’t even remember her because I moved onto The Cullens pretty quickly. But yeah.. messy. I still haven’t quite gotten how it works. Right now, Late Night is my favourite (no, World Adventures just freaks me out!!) and the luxuary packages is cool too. But yes.

It’s those small things that I come to think of every now and then. I do wonder though, if my readers would be interested in me telling a weekly story about my Sims happenings? Funny such that is? Let me know!

From when my dragon burned down my house…But that’s another story!

Det är faktiskt mer eller mindre första gången som jag har fått ett pris för mina företag i The Sims 2. I det här fallet gäller det klädesbutiken “Lord Have Mercy” som ägs av Messää … Kan inte stava hennes efternamn faktiskt… Men Messää! Hon är förövrigt en häxa.

Lord Have Mercy är som sagt en liten butik med utöver Messy två anställda, som tyvärr varierar mer än vad jag önskat. Jag glömmer alltid bort att öka deras löner, men jag ska se till att hålla hårt i de två jag har, för den ene har en guldmedalj i kassahantering (TACK!) och den andre… ska bara bli chef helt enkelt.

Som ni ser på bilden så är butiken BOKSTAVLIGEN liten och jag har här valt att fokusera på highfashion och säljer även parfym och smycken till detta. Ett koncept som senare kom in i Lord Have Mercy var den lilla försäljningen av garderober, kändes passande. Det är ganska trångt, speciellt när det kommer mycket folk, dock flyter allt på ganska bra av sig själv.

De senaste dagarna har Lord Have Mercy enbart gått med vinst, och det ökar hela tiden. Visserligen ligger deras saldo fortfarande på minus i det stora hela (just nu när jag skriver det här ligger det dock på -41 000 ). Mina planer är att när skulderna är borta och det enbart går med mycket vinst och Messy lyckats spara ihop en massa pengar (hon jobbar även som Poseidons Högra Hand och tjänar dryga 17 000 i veckan på det) så ska hon flytta till Where’s The Dragon och starta någon form av hemföretag där, dock vet jag inte än vilken typ av inriktning hon ska ha där.

När skulderna är borta på Lord Have Mercy så har jag även planer på att expandera själv LHM med ett litet kafe och även ett badrum eftersom besökarna tycks vara riktigt arga på att de inte kommer åt det mycket lyxiga personalrummet.

Ja, dagens inlägg handlade enbart om The Sims, men jag har faktiskt inte gjort så mycket annat idag.

Jag älskar henne. Ni ska älska henne. Den nya Rosalie. Modegurun. Rosalie.

Rosalie Hale Cullen. Hon har numera nått toppen på sin stylistkarriär, jag minns inte riktigt vad det hette dock. Hon har stylat om halva Cullen klanen och är ute dagligen. Snart dags att ta upp fisket igen dock, och kanske åka till Frankrike. Jag har ett par gåsar oplockade… eller var det ett par sniglar som inte var uppfiskade?

Spanien bidrag i ESC, hatar att jag älskar det, är rädd för hans clowner men låten i sig är väldigt mysig.

The Sims mina vänner, The Sims. Jag sitter just nu som ett barn på julafton och installerar The Sims 3 Lyx och Design, ja, kalla mig sen om ni vill med att skaffa det, men hursom, och jag, som alltid, tittar igenom “handboken” och blev helt till mig när jag såg ett av badkaren man fick. Glitter och Glamour är mitt favoritprylpaket ifrån The Sims 2 och Superstar är det paket ifrån the Sims “1” var jag använder mest möbler ifrån. Jag gillar helt enkelt lyx och glamour liksom.

Jag ska precis starta nu, och det första jag faktiskt ska göra är att flytta Cullens. Ja, jag håller mig oftast till en enda familj. Jag vill bygga om deras hus, men tomten är för liten för det ( i och med att Rosalie har sin samling ädelstenar, Alice har sin trädgård och så vidare…). Rosalie är fortfarande arbetslös, eller ja, hon fiskar ju men. Det ska bli kul att utforska Drömjobb sen, men jag installerar dem ett i taget just nu, vill helt göra om Cullens till lite elegantare innan jag börjar med nästa. Kanske Edward kan bli en isskulptör i Drömjobb och Rosalie modekung?

Jag älskar The Sims. Som jag älskar Eurovision. Tro det eller ej.

Kommer akkurat hem ifrån minihoppninen, och det gick väl bra! Axa och jag nollade, precis som Cornelia och Miranda. Axa tvekade inte ens ^^ Känner mig asnöjd^^ Det som gör att det känns ännu bättre är väl att jag knappt hoppade fram också, så jag är riktigt nöjd med mig själv : ). Nästa gång blir det 50 centimeter, och kanske gör jag det i galopp då?
Och ja, det enda som följer nedan, är SANNINGEN!
